In the Laurentides sector, exo provides public transit service by bus and taxibus in the municipalities of Blainville, Bois-des-Filion, Boisbriand, Deux-Montagnes, Lorraine, Mirabel, Pointe-Calumet, Rosemère, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Saint-Eustache, Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac, Sainte-Thérèse, Saint-Jérôme and Saint-Joseph-du-Lac.
Taxibus
Taxibuses complement our bus service and are generally available upon reservation. This service operates in sectors and at times when ridership is lower.
Routes and reservations
When booking your trip, you must provide the following information:

Your name and telephone number

The numbers of your boarding and arrival bus stops

The departure or arrival time at the desired destination

Your method of payment (OPUS card, Occasional card or cash)

Your OPUS card number if you are paying with a fare loaded to it (ensure the fare is valid)
The service runs on set schedules. You must therefore be present at the stop 5 minutes before the vehicle’s scheduled pickup time.
As this is a form of public transit, other users may ride in the same vehicle. The vehicles follow a route based on the reservations they receive. Three to five passengers are allowed aboard a taxibus to maximize trips based on the number of available vehicles.
Rates: according to the fare schedule in effect.
Payment methods and authorized fares: cash payment for a single fare, monthly pass on an OPUS card, 1, 2 or 10 trips on an Occasional or OPUS card.
*1, 2 and 10 trip fares are only valid with a transfer to a train or bus.
Guide and service dogs are allowed on taxibuses and regular buses.
Book at least 1 hour in advance.
Book at least 2 hours in advance for a trip in the Saint-Benoît and Saint-Hermas (Mirabel) sectors (lines 14, 18 and 19).

Group outings
Planning a group trip? Simplify your travel by purchasing group tickets. Certain conditions apply. Contact our customer service team at least 10 days in advance. We can help you plan your outing and ensure there’s space for your entire group on board. The driver will be advised in advance. Ideally, such outings should take place outside of peak periods, i.e. between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. or after 7:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday and on weekends.
The fare schedule in effect applies. If you are paying in cash, each person must have the exact fare to pay for their trip.
